Data for laying performance, egg quality, egg nutrient composition, and egg organoleptic properties of naked neck, normal feathered and Isa Brown hens

This is a data set used in the manuscript titled A comparison of laying performance and egg characteristics of indigenous and commercial hens. It consists of feed intake, egg number, feed efficiency for egg mass produced, hen day production, internal and external egg quality parameters, total protein, total cholesterol, total triglyceride, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus contents of eggs and sensory attributes such as colour, texture, taste and mouthfeel of the eggs of naked neck, normal feathered and Isa Brown laying hens.
