Stage-specific transcriptomic analysis of golden pompano (Trachinotus anak) infected with Carpione rhabdovirus

This study presents a stage-specific transcriptomic analysis of golden pompano (Trachinotus anak) following infection with Carpione rhabdovirus, a newly emerging pathogen causing significant mortality in aquaculture. RNA-seq data were generated from multiple tissues (spleen) at different time points post-infection (0, 12, 48 hpi) to investigate immune response dynamics, including immune activation, imbalance, and potential viral escape mechanisms. The dataset provides insights into host-pathogen interactions and may support future vaccine development or disease management strategies in marine fish aquaculture.
