Metagenome assembled genome database of a human cohort and fecal reactors

<strong>genome_annotations.tar.gz:</strong> This is the custom MAG database and corresponding annotations that were used in Borton 2021: "Cardiovascular disease is predicted by methylated amine metabolism encoded by the gut microbiome". The citation will be updated upon publication of the manuscript.
