Ceratocystis fimbriata AS236 Core Genome Assembly and Annotation Files

The following files represent the core genome assembly and annotation files for <i>Ceratocystis fimbriata</i> isolate AS236 which was collected from a black rot infected sweetpotato at a North Carolina packing house in 2014.The 18 contig, 31.7 MBp genome assembly was compiled from PacBio and Illumina sequences using Canu and can also be found on GenBank under BioProject PRJNA705194.<br>The 4 assembly files represent the Maker Standard gene set. These files include the transcript and protein fasta sequences for all predicted gene models, a general feature file, and a descriptive text file listing the functional annotation of each predicted gene.
