This R script and associated directory provides the data and analyses for the research summarised in Esfandi et al (2024). Determining the efficacy of visual inspections at detecting non-biosecurity compliant goods. *Journal of Vision* 24(X):X (https://doi.org/10.1167/jov.24.X.X). This research investigated the effect of target size and colour on the efficacy of visual assessments in a biosecurity context.This script can be run directly from the command line using the following code, assuming that the R folder is in your PATH and that you have navigated to the appropriate folder:> Rscript analyses.RThe data and code are (c) Ministry for Primary Industries Manatu Ahu Matua, 2024.
