Degradome analysis in tea plant (Camellia sinensis) leaves infected by Didymella segeticola isolate GZSQ-4

Didymella segeticola (Basionym: Phoma segeticola) causes leaf spot on tea (Camellia sinensis)，and tea leaf spot can lead to a huge loss of tea leaves. We performed one degradome sequencing for potential target prediction of microRNAs in tea leaves infected by Didymella segeticola, and it is available for use in studying host–pathogen interactions, important traits, and pathogen evolution and plant–host adaptation mechanism.
