Larval traits drive patterns of marine dispersal and connectivity

This dataset contains data on 9248 fish larvae. These larvae are identified to the family level, and some are further classified to the genus, tribe, or subfamily level (all of these classifications are in the "GenusName" column). For each individual, the length in mm is also given. The samples came from depth-stratified sampling with a MOCNESS and Neuston nets, so the sample ID, target depth bin, and volume filtered are also recorded. This should be all the data necessary to calculate proportions at depth across ontogeny.

Additionally, we archive the version of the Connectivity Modeling System (https://github.com/beatrixparis/connectivity-modeling-system) that we used for our study, the settlement polygons, and the locations of release sites used for simulations.
