This series consists of admission index cards for patients at Kew Mental/Psychiatric Hospital (VA 2840). These index cards record details including name of patient, age, sex, section of Act applicable to committal, name of hospital ward and admission date, date of discharge, death or transfer to another institution, diagnosis, prognosis and cause, physical state, mental state.
