To examine the transcriptional landscape of the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalmus across 24-hrs day and night we carried out snRANseq on PVN tissue harvested at two antiphase timepoints, ZT8 and ZT20 Overall design: Single nuclei isolation for the single nuclei RNA-seq analysis was performed on five pooled PVN tissues dissected from male C57Bl6 mice aged 10-12 weeks at two time points, ZT8 and ZT20.
