Draft genomes of two fungal strains able to degrade plastics

Plastic degradation by microorganisms offers a natural mechanism for the breakdown of persistent pollutants. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Fusarium solani strain BAT10 and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa AIRLRB09-2, isolated from waste gas treating biofilter.
