To identify the idea that deficiency of Uhrf1 in macrophages aggravated the intestinal inflammation, We compared the mRNA expression profiles of colon tissues derived from DSS-treated WT and Uhrf1fl/flLyz2-Cre mice. Overall design: WT mice(n=4) and Uhrf1fl/flLyz2-Cre mice(n=3) were treated with 2.5% DSS in drinking water for 5 days. The total RNA were isolated from colitis colons and subjected to RNA sequencing.
