This dataset contains palynological atlas of sediment cores from Lake Yamdrok Tso (southern Tibetan Plateau) and research data on temperature and precipitation reconstruction sequences, which is applied to investigate environmental changes in the Yamdrok Tso region over the past 20 ka (20,000 years before present). This dataset was generated via laboratory measurements and calculations using palynological analysis methods. All stages of sample and data collection, as well as identification, were conducted strictly in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures.

This dataset comprises three sub-tables, as detailed below:
The first two sub-tables present palynological sample analysis data from Core TC1:
