NRS-15370 | Asset valuations relating to sale of Egg Corporation

This series consists of valuations of individual properties and of the complete assets of the NSW Egg Corporation. The valuations were undertaken by Rushton Valuers, Gresham Partners Limited, Baillieu Knight Frank, and the Valuer-General of New South Wales. The valuations contain descriptions of the sites, photographs and valuations. The valuations of the Lidcombe and Tamworth properties in 1987 are photocopied, the remaining valuations are in presentation binders. The Valuer General’s valuation of 08/02/1990 preparatory was to the sale of the Corporation.
