Absorbance_Readings_for_Antiviral_Efficacy_Assay_against_SARS-CoV-2_Strains

This dataset contains absorbance readings from antiviral drug-sensitivity assays performed on SARS-CoV-2 strains using Vero E6 and Calu-3 cell lines. The assays were conducted to evaluate the efficacy and synergistic potential of remdesivir, nirmatrelvir, and EIDD-1931, with absorbance measurements taken at 595 nm to assess cell viability post-treatment. The data includes results from monotherapy and combination treatments across various drug concentrations. This dataset supports findings related to antiviral potency and drug synergy presented in the associated manuscript. The readings were taken using a FLUOstar Omega plate reader.
