Data for Development and Validation of the Pandemic Fear Perception and Adaptability Scale

This dataset is used to validation a new psychological scale (Pandemic Fear Perception and Adaptability Scale). There are 6 questions for Participants’ demographic information (from column B-G), 7 questions, including one attention check question (column M), for mood condition (from column I-N). The rest content is for the scale. Columns O, P, Q are three fear-induced behavior-change questions. Columns R-X are 7 items for three subscales. Subscale “Self-efficacy” included items 1, 2 (column R, S). Subscale “Perceived susceptibility” included items 3, 4, 5 (column T, U, V). Subscale "Perceived Threat" included items 6, 7 (column W, X).
