Point-matched hydrological habitat-attribute modelling from LiDAR-derived terrain, water-level records and organism occurrence data: analysis-ready data and code

This repository contains the analysis-ready data tables, source table/figure data, lightweight review-check scripts, software-version information and GIS/R workflow documentation required to evaluate and reproduce the reported outputs for the manuscript “Point-matched hydrological habitat-attribute modelling from LiDAR-derived terrain, water-level records and organism occurrence data”. The workflow derives point-matched hydrological habitat attributes by linking organism occurrence records, LiDAR-derived terrain elevation, hydrological-unit assignment and date-specific water-level records within a common vertical reference structure. The archive is a curated scientific data/code package, not a full administrative or raw GIS project archive. It excludes raw orthophotos, raw LiDAR/DTM files, local computer paths, internal notes and administrative records that are not required to reproduce the reported analyses.
