This dataset is developed based on stratified consumer spending capacity data to formulate personalized marketing strategies for users across different tiers. For high-spending users, premium coffee beverages and customized services can be launched; for medium and low-spending users, priority should be placed on cost-effectiveness and the appeal of promotional activities. The application scenarios are extensive: by making full use of these data resources, enterprises can better understand user needs, optimize products and services, and enhance market competitiveness. Statistical analysis is conducted on the stratified consumer spending capacity data of Caramel Macchiato users. By establishing user profiles based on historical order data and formulating user tags to classify users into their consumption tiers, this dataset can provide data support for coffee shop advertising and marketing strategies, such as launching coffee beverages and customized services suitable for specific consumer tiers. Brief description of algorithm rules: 1. Caramel Macchiato consumption proportion (%) = (Number of Caramel Macchiato purchased / Total number of beverage purchases) * 100%. 3. User spending capacity is classified using the ABCD classification method: users with a consumption proportion ≥25% are classified as "Class A"; users with 13% ≤ consumption proportion <25% are classified as "Class B"; users with 5% ≤ consumption proportion <13% are classified as "Class C"; users with consumption proportion <5% are classified as "Class D".
