Reproducible analysis files for: Who Gets Tested for Malaria? Household Vulnerability and Fever-Care Pathways among Children Under Five in Malaria-Endemic African Countries

This Zenodo record contains the materials required to reproduce the analyses presented in the accompanying manuscript, Household vulnerability and malaria fever-care pathways among febrile children under five in nine malaria-endemic African countries: a multi-country DHS/MIS analysis. The repository includes R scripts used for data cleaning, harmonisation, statistical analyses, and figure generation The analyses were conducted using publicly available Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) and Malaria Indicator Survey (MIS) datasets from Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Tanzania. Because DHS/MIS data are subject to data-use agreements, the original survey datasets are not included in this repository. Researchers can obtain the raw data by applying for access through the DHS Program (https://dhsprogram.com/).
