Targeting O-GlcNAcylated METTL3 impedes MDS/AML progression via diminishing SRSF1 m6A modification

Raw and processed data files for single-cell RNA-seq, RNA-seq, and m6A-seq, along with the uncropped original Western blot images, have been uploaded as part of this study.The single-cell data were obtained from the public database under accession code phs000159. Annotation and analysis were performed, and the resulting analysis files have been uploaded. Both the RNA-seq and m6A-seq data were generated and completed as part of the experiments conducted in this study.
