We performed spatial transcriptomics with seven KS skin tumors. We included custom probes for five KSHV genes that allowed us to measure human and KSHV expression patterns at the same time. Please see the README file for more information about the files. The five KSHV gene names can be found in the features list in the file "4samples_aggr_cloupe.cloupe".
