Obtain frequency of SARS-COV2 specific T cells in subjects post-COVID19 Conclusion: Activation-Induced Marker (AIM) assays to analyze frequencies of virus-specific T cells found increased Spike (S)- and Nucleocapsid (N)-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in restrictive lung disease post-COVID19.
