Per-step pharmacodynamic dataset from VitalDB: propofol and remifentanil target-controlled infusion versus bispectral index
收藏资源简介:
De-identified, analysis-ready per-step dataset for the analysis reported in "Asymmetric target-concentration–response relations of propofol and remifentanil on the bispectral index: a negative-control study of 50,918 steps" Contents- 01_data.zip: 84,926 rows — 50,918 real target-concentration steps (24,498 propofol, 26,420 remifentanil) and 34,008 randomly timed pseudo-steps used as negative controls, from 3,245 anaesthetics; plus a data dictionary giving the definition and unit of every column.- 02_code.zip: every Python script used to build the cohort, run the analyses and audit each reported number.- 03_outputs.zip: the result tables (CSV/Markdown) from which every number in the manuscript and supplement was taken.- MANIFEST.csv / SHA256SUMS.txt: integrity checksums. Provenance and ethicsSource: VitalDB (https://vitaldb.net), an open, de-identified database of 6,388 surgical casesrecorded at Seoul National University Hospital, August 2016 – June 2017.
