Genome sequencing and assembly of Fusarium oxysporum for identification of molecular markers. Fusarium oxysporum

The study of this project was to carry out comparative genomic analysis to identify genomic regions or genes that are specific to Fusarium oxysporum ff.spp.: pisi, ciceris and vasinfectum. These ff.spp. specific regions were then used for developing molecular diagnostic assays in the form of LAMP and PCR.
