This project contains data related to the collection and processing of eDNA water filters for metabarcoding and was conducted in Colorado. It includues sample collection data from the 2021 and 2023 season, a locally made database for fish-specific 16s and MiFish-U primers, raw data from an Illumina MiSeq system, output files from a bioinformatics pipeline, and other files used to perform data analysis. The bioinformatics pipeline outputs include results from the locally created database (results are codes rather than full scientific names) and from NCBI, as accessed through MIDORI2.
