BarSeq of Tailocin Antagonism Pseudomonas Mutant Fitness Assays

Here we apply tailocins to barcoded random transposon-insertion (RB-TnSeq) mutant libraries of 4 groundwater Pseudomonads (FW300-N2C3, FW300-N2E2, FW300-N2E3, GW456-L13) to identify genetic determinants of tailocin sensitivity and resistance. Each transposon carries a unique 20nt barcode. At the beginning and end of each mutant fitness assay, the barcodes present are sequenced as a proxy for the relative abundance of each mutant at that time and in that condition. This BioProject includes the barcode sequencing (BarSeq) reads obtained in our work.
