Breakdown of differentially expressed (Diff. Exp) targets for HG-U133-A/B probesets across four phenotypes including normal (222), IBD (42), adenoma (29) and colorectal cancer (161) tissue specimens. Student's t-test and Bonferonni multiple hypothesis test correction (p2: Probeset response differs by at least a factor of two. Up: up-regulated probesets in Class B relative to Class A. Down: down-regulated probesets in Class B relative to Class A.
