GlobalFungi

GlobalFungi is a collection and validation of data published on the composition of fungal communities in terrestrial environments including soil and plant-associated habitats. Users can search for individual sequences, fungal species hypotheses, species or genera, to get a visual representation of their distribution in the environment and to access and download sequence data and metadata. In addition, the user interface also allows authors to submit data from studies not yet covered and in this way to help to build the resource for the community of researchers in systematics, biogeography, and ecology of fungi.GlobalFungi是一套汇编并验证了陆地环境（涵盖土壤与植物关联生境）中真菌群落组成相关已发表数据的数据集。用户可检索单条序列、真菌物种假说、物种或属级分类单元，以获取其在各类环境中的分布可视化结果，同时可获取并下载序列数据与元数据（metadata）。此外，该平台的用户界面还支持研究者提交尚未被收录的相关研究数据，以此助力构建面向真菌分类学（systematics）、生物地理学（biogeography）与生态学（ecology）领域研究者群体的学术资源。
