ZAMAKHSHARÎ’S (d. A. H. 538) Commentary on the Koran, called الکشّاف. Cf. the edition of Col. Nassau Lees.
Well written; finished on 23 Dhû-alḥijjah, 997, by ‘Abd al-ḳâdir b. Zain al-dîn Ḳarâfî Azharî, of Makkah. Coloured lined round the pages. The first fol. Has been supplied in a more modern hand; the last fol. is mutilated. One leaf is missing after fol. 6. Foll. 28 and 37 should be transposed.
