资源简介:
Objective To observe the effect of manipulative acupoint massage on the promotion of postpartum milk secretion in women undergoing cesarean section.
Methods 112 cases of mothers with milk production less than 10 ml/d three days after cesarean section in Huzhou Maternity & Child Health Care Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the interventional group (n=56). Breastfeeding, breast fullness, lactation initiation time, breast filling time and lactation volume at each time period, symptom and symptom scores before and after intervention on both breasts, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The proportion of mothers with grade III breast fullness 5d postpartum in the interventional group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the average lactation initiation time of mothers in the interventional group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The breast filling time of mothers in the interventional group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05); the proportion of mothers who had more lactation in the interventional group was higher than that of mothers in the control group in the 5d postpartum period (P<0.05); and the points of poor milk, breast lumps, breast distension, and breast fever were significantly lower in the interventional group than that of the control group after 3d of intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion Manual acupressure can enhance the feeling of breast fullness, shorten the initiation time of lactation and the time of breast filling, increase the amount of lactation, and reduce the adverse symptoms and signs of breastfeeding, which has clinical promotion value.
