Gait Analysis Subset – Gender and BMI-Based Comparison

The study incorporating this dataset involved the analysis of gait based on the gender and BMI of the individuals. For the purpose, gait was recorded using OpenCap and a musculoskeletal model for each participant was build in OpenSim. The comparison of individuals was carried out based on the joint angles, normalized fiber lengths, and total fiber forces using python scripting. However, this dataset is a subset of larger dataset, which is not shared because of participants privacy and consent limitations.
