通过采集区域内代表门店日常记账数据进行分析，为门店管理人员提供依据，可以监管门店店员情况。 对客流量、成交数、销售金额、商品销售数进行分析，计算门不同区域内的店员工活跃指数数据，对不同门店员工进行调整，增加门店服务质量，从而增加门店业绩。数据采集：线下通过设备和手动录入的方式采集数据到数据库作为原始数据源。
数据处理：首先对采集记账数据进行初步处理，计算出每日客单价（销售金额/成交数）净成交金额（销售金额-退货金额）转化率（（成交数/客流量）/员工）人均业绩（净成交金额/员工）人均销售数（（商品销售数/成交数）/员工），在进一步的算出每日同比增长（（今日人均业绩-昨日人均业绩）/昨日人均业绩）和员工活跃指数（（客单价*人均销售数-人均业绩）/人均业绩）+转化率*同比增长值+1 ，其中1为每日基础活跃度），根据员工活跃指数对门店员工每日工作进行综合评分，活跃指数大于等于2为合格，小于2为不合格。

This dataset analyzes daily bookkeeping data collected from representative stores within a designated region, providing a reliable basis for store managers to oversee the performance of their retail staff. It conducts analysis on customer traffic, transaction volume, sales revenue, and quantity of goods sold, calculates the staff activity index across different store zones, optimizes staffing arrangements for various stores, enhances store service quality, and ultimately improves store performance.

Data Collection: Data is collected into the database as the original data source via offline devices and manual entry methods.

Data Processing: First, preliminary processing is carried out on the collected bookkeeping data to compute the following metrics:
1. Daily average transaction value: sales revenue / number of transactions
2. Net transaction amount: sales revenue - returned goods amount
3. Conversion rate: (transaction volume / customer traffic) / number of employees
4. Per-staff performance: net transaction amount / number of employees
5. Per-staff sales quantity: (quantity of goods sold / transaction volume) / number of employees

Subsequently, the daily year-on-year growth rate ((today's per-staff performance - yesterday's per-staff performance) / yesterday's per-staff performance) and the staff activity index are further calculated. The formula for the staff activity index is: ((daily average transaction value * per-staff sales quantity - per-staff performance) / per-staff performance) + conversion rate * daily year-on-year growth + 1, where 1 represents the daily basic activity level. A comprehensive daily work score for store employees is assigned based on the staff activity index: a score greater than or equal to 2 is deemed qualified, while a score less than 2 is unqualified.
