Processed data for the PrPC Screen and Multi-Omics MCP

This dataset contains the processed research results used by the 22-tool PrPC Screen and Multi-Omics Model Context Protocol (MCP) server accompanying the manuscript “A genetic network coordinating endolysosomal remodeling drives prion catabolism.” It includes a genome-wide arrayed CRISPRa PrPC modifier screen, quantitative proteomics and RNA-seq results for 50 validated PrPC modulators, HovL PG127-versus-NBH RNA-seq results, lysosome radial-distribution measurements, PrPC colocalization measurements, cell-morphology features, and lysosome-related proteomics covering PRNP-knockout U-251 MG cells, PRNP-knockout iPSC neurons, and CTSD perturbations. For iPSC-neuron proteomics, NT3/A19 is the reference condition. iPSC image-analysis data are not included.
