Redox-Active Organic Matter Measurements at the APEX fen in the Bonanza Creek Experimental Forest near Fairbanks, Alaska (2021-2022)

This dataset contains measurements collected for the publication "Direct and Indirect Effects of Water Table on Redox-Active Organic Matter Reduction in an Alaskan Rich Fen". This includes redox-active organic matter reduction measurements for three different experiments that took place at the APEX Fen; (1) common substrate in 2021, (2) common substrate in 2022, (3) peat collected from each water-table manipulation plot. Water-table levels are reported for experiments 1 and 2. Carbon greenhouse gas measurements and fluorescence and absorbance data are reported for experiment 2. Carbon greenhouse gas measurements are reported for experiment 3.
