Registered electric vehicles South Korea 2023, by brand

In 2023, there were more than 226 thousand registered electric vehicles (EVs) from Hyundai Motors in South Korea. That year, there were a total of around 543.9 thousand EVs registered in the country. Many of the leading brands were foreign EV manufacturers, although domestic automakers Hyundai and Kia accounted for the largest share of registrations. In particular, Tesla EVs ranked third on the list, with over 63.6 thousand units registered.
