Immunoglobulin UMI sequencing from human gut

To study the ontogeny of IgA2+ PCs and the clonal architecture of intestinal B cells in homeostasis we performed high-throughput Ig repertoire analysis with subclasses resolution of B cells and PCs sorted from the terminal ileum and ascending colon of four adults. In total, 10,182,511 Ig heavy chain variable (IGHV) gene sequences from 4 donors were obtained through next generation sequencing (NGS).
