Wide-field imaging data for "Diverse and Asymmetric Patterns of Single-Neuron Projectome in Regulating Interhemispheric Connectivity"

The wide-field imaging data after preprocessing(motion correction, hemodynamics regression and CCFv3 registration) in .mat files (size 132 x 114 x t where t represents the number of time points).The details of data generation and preprocessing are provided in the Methods part of the article.The data of all 19 sessions are provided. In the file of each session, the "data_prep.mat" is the complete data for this session, the "data_wake/nrem/rem.mat" are the data for periods of awake/NREM/REM brain states during this session. "data_wake/nrem/rem.mat" contain the variable "periods" which indicates the start and end time points of each period of the specific brain state.
