Lung function was measured, and lung tissues were collected. Pathological changes were evaluated by HE staining. Lung water content and vascular permeability were measured to assess pulmonary edema and barrier function. Oxidative stress was evaluated by detecting hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione (GSH) levels in lung tissue using assay kits. Inflammatory response was assessed by measuring interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels in lung tissue via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Protein expression was analyzed by Western blot.
