研究河南省小麦-玉米轮作系统热量利用率及提升潜力对河南省、华北平原作物生产适应气候变化领域至关重要。作者利用河南省1981-2014年17个研究站点的气象资料(逐日平均气温)及农业气候资料(逐年小麦、玉米实际播种和成熟日期、实际产量),经过Matlab编程计算统计、回归分析及显著性检验,再运用反距离权重插值法将站点数据插值到河南省区域尺度,得到河南省小麦-玉米轮作系统有效积温、热量利用率及其潜力数据集(1981-2014)。数据结果表明,小麦-玉米轮作系统有效积温差在豫南和豫东大部分较高,而热量利用率北高南低,东高西低,均呈升高趋势。该数据集存储为地理信息系统空间数据和表格数据。空间数据包括:河南省小麦-玉米轮作种植区域和研究站点分布数据;小麦-玉米轮作系统的有效积温和热量利用率的空间分布;1981-2014年小麦-玉米轮作系统的有效积温和热量利用率变化趋势的空间分布。表格数据包括:种植区域64种小麦和67种玉米的生育期所需有效积温;研究站点的小麦、玉米及其轮作系统的实际生育期及其长度;有效积温及其变化率;热量利用率及变化趋势。该数据集存储为.xlsx,.shp和.tif格式,由56个数据文件组成,数据量为4.26 MB(压缩为1个文件,1.40 MB)。基于该数据集的部分研究成果发表在《资源科学》2019年第41卷第6期。

Studying the heat use efficiency and its improvement potential of the wheat-maize rotation system in Henan Province is critically important for the field of crop production adaptation to climate change in Henan Province and the North China Plain. The authors collected meteorological data (daily average air temperature) and agroclimatic data (annual actual sowing dates, maturity dates and actual yields of wheat and maize) from 17 research stations in Henan Province during 1981–2014. After performing statistical calculations, regression analysis and significance tests via Matlab programming, they interpolated the station-scale data to the regional scale of Henan Province using the inverse distance weighted interpolation method, thus establishing the dataset of effective accumulated temperature, heat use efficiency and their potential for the wheat-maize rotation system in Henan Province (1981–2014). The dataset results show that the effective accumulated temperature difference of the wheat-maize rotation system is generally higher in southern and eastern Henan, while the heat use efficiency is higher in the north than in the south and higher in the east than in the west, with all indicators showing an upward trend. This dataset is stored in two forms: geographic information system (GIS) spatial data and tabular data. The GIS spatial data includes: distribution data of wheat-maize rotation planting areas and research stations in Henan Province; spatial distributions of effective accumulated temperature and heat use efficiency of the wheat-maize rotation system; and spatial distributions of the change trends of effective accumulated temperature and heat use efficiency of the wheat-maize rotation system during 1981–2014. The tabular data includes: effective accumulated temperature required for the growth periods of 64 wheat varieties and 67 maize varieties in the planting areas; actual growth periods and their durations of wheat, maize and their rotation system at the research stations; effective accumulated temperature and its change rate; and heat use efficiency and its change trend. This dataset is stored in .xlsx, .shp and .tif formats, consisting of 56 data files with a total size of 4.26 MB (compressed into a single file of 1.40 MB). Some research findings based on this dataset have been published in *Resources Science*, Volume 41, Issue 6, 2019.
