Data and Code_ <strong>Accounting for bias in prevalence estimation: the case of a globally emerging pathogen</strong>

One file is the raw data containing the identity and qPCR results of all <em>Rhinerderma darwinii</em> individuals captured in our study. Zoospore equivalents (Bd infection load) are not yet corrected for dilution (See code to preprocess the data) <br> The other is the code used to run the models, remove pseudoreplicates and draw figures.本研究中捕获的全部Rhinerderma darwinii个体的身份信息及实时荧光定量PCR（qPCR）结果存储于一份原始数据文件中。其中游动孢子当量（蛙壶菌（Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis，Bd）感染负荷）尚未进行稀释校正，数据预处理的具体代码可参考对应脚本。 另一份文件为用于运行模型、移除伪重复及绘制图表的代码脚本。
