Data matrix with metadata

This .csv file contains the mass spectra data of all specimens investigated in this study as it was used for the analyses described. The data was processed as reported in the manuscript and finally hellinger transformed. Moreover, the file contains the sampling data on all contained specimens including sampling date, station number, latitude and longitude as well as sampling depth and species names in columns. The mass spectra data is provided in a matrix with specimens as rows and peak intensities in columns. Column names indicate the size of the measured proteins in Dalton.
