There are three sinks against one wall, with towels folded on a rail at one side, and two metal stools in front. There are 3 nursing sisters in full habits. One is focused on adjusting equipment, 1 stands behind a wheeled table with trays of equipment, and the 3rd stands next to equipment for anesthesia.
