The dataset contains forward and reverse reads for the following samples:
15 samples of 16S rRNA sequences from feces of nestling blue tits collected between May and June 2021 in Montpellier, France (43°39'56"N, 3°40'1"E);3 extraction negative controls (DNA-free water);1 positive PCR control (mock community ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community DNA Standard (Zymo Research, Irvine, California, United States);1 negative PCR control (DNA-free water).
