Amostras_Solo_REPAR Genome sequencing

This project aims to characterize bacterial isolates obtained from soil samples collected in Araucaria, Parana, Brazil. Bacterial strains were isolated through culture-based techniques and subsequently subjected to whole genome sequencing. The genomic data generated here will support taxonomic identification, comparative genomics, and the exploration of metabolic potential of soil microbiota. These data contribute to our understanding of microbial diversity in terrestrial environments and may provide insights into ecological functions and biotechnological applications. The project analyses bulk soil and rizosphere with different concentration of oil.
