Human colorectal cancer samples used for analysis in Haughey <em>et al.</em> 2023 (DOI: 10.1371/journal.pcbi.1010952). Tissue samples originally analysed using the BaseScope assay (DOI: 10.1038/s41467-017-02295-5; DOI: 10.1038/s41586-022-05311-x) which enabled high resolution spatial mapping of either mutant <em>BRAF</em>, <em>KRAS</em> and <em>PIK3CA</em> oncogenes and corresponding wild-type tumour cells.
