ChIP-seq identified transcription factor UvCGBP1-mediated target genes of Ustilaginoidea virens

Transcription factor UvCGBP1 (Cutinase G-box binding protein) is a new transcription factor and it specificlly distributed in Ascomycetes.We used ChIP-seq identified more than 2000 target genes, we provide a comprehensive genome-wide binding map of CGBP1 and its regulatory network. Our results reveal new insights into the mechanism of CGBP1-mediated gene regulation in the plant fungal pathogen. Identification of downstream target genes regulated by the transcription factor UvCGBP1.
