The purpose of this study was to conduct phenotype investigation and transcriptome sequencing on wild type B73 and mutant kn1 before and after treatment with exogenous phytohormones, so as to preliminatively explore the mechanism of KN1 gene regulating maize leaf angle in the presence of exogenous phytohormones.
