Trichoderma viride strain:Tv-1511 Genome sequencing and assembly

Trichoderma viride Tv-1511 is a potential beneficial fugal with growth-promoting and biocontrol effects, coupled with the promising capacity to produces large amount of cellulase enzymes for biological transformation. However, the further research on Trichoderma viride Tv-1511 was limited due to the lacking of genomic information. Here, the complete genome sequence of Trichoderma viride Tv-1511 was presented, which is a significant step to provide resources for the better understanding and further application of Trichoderma viride Tv-1511.
