Whole genome shotgun sequences of Chionographis japonica

This study aims for a broader knowledge about the organization and diversity of the independently evolved holocentromeres and their interplay with the large-scale genome architecture and chromatin composition, we resolved the centromere and (epi)genome organization of the plant Chionographis japonica. Genomic DNA of Chionographis japonica leaf tissue was used for Whole Genome Shotgun sequencing.
