Data supporting "Collective, non-Fickian diffusion of intercalated Pb under graphene/SiC"

This dataset contains the experimental and quantitative analysis data supporting the article “Collective, non-Fickian diffusion of intercalated Pb under graphene/SiC” and its Supplemental Material. The dataset includes STM topography data, SPA-LEED profiles, associated quantitative analysis data, and documentation.The data include measurements of Pb island and ridge morphologies before and after warming from liquid-nitrogen temperature to room temperature, ring features on Pb islands, and diffraction intensity changes during Pb intercalation/deintercalation cycles. File-to-figure mappings, acquisition metadata, and processing information are provided in the accompanying documentation.
