Achromobacter and Serratia annotations

These files refer to the annotations of the genomes recovered from Serratia and Achromobacter from the four glyphosate-degrading consortia in the work "Glyphosate-degrading consortia: Microbial succession and key enzyme gene insights". The consortia were named: Con_AO (organic Arabica coffee soil), Con_MA (Atlantic Forest soil adjacent to a glyphosate-treated Arabica plantation), Con_CC (conventional glyphosate-treated Conilon soil), and Con_CC-G (Conilon soil without glyphosate application for three years).
